Viequez Espresso rum recipe
This is a recipe I was taught by a Couchsurfing host in Viequez, Puerto Rico that is delicious, simple to make, and dangerous:
- Take a handle of BΓ‘cardi ron blanco, partially emptied to make room for the coffee beans
- Fill it with roasted coffee beans (about 30% up)
- Add liquor de anis to taste
